  I hate to be the one to ruin these reviews, but before you go here, understand these points. I went here only once while I lived in LA. My first concern is that with a thyroid problem, the dental assistant who x-rayed me was new. I had no problems with this, but she never put an x-ray cloth over my neck and also messed up well over a normal amount of times I had ever seen. She continuously apologized but took more x-rays than she should have. She could have grabbed someone who knew what they were doing; not testing out her new job on a patient who has thyroid issues. My second point is that I was told I needed four fillings done ASAP. Looking at my dentistry records today, my new dentist has told me he would not have done a few of those fillings as they are not through the enamel yet (looking at x-rays now). Yet, "these needed to be done as they were FULL cavities." Right. At the time, I didn't know much and told myself that since he has great reviews, he must know what he's doing. Then, the bill came back FOUR TIMES AS MUCH AS THE ESTIMATE WAS. Sure, we know it's just an estimate and can be off by a few hundred dollars. NOT FOUR TIMES OVER THOUGH ($300 versus $1200). We were told that this wasn't the exact estimate, yet why was I told what my ESTIMATE was then that day after checking with my insurance? They ended up covering some of the amount, but not nearly as much as this office should have as they were the ones who "took care of this estimate cost with my insurance." My final point is that I called back months later to ask what type of fillings were in my teeth as new research has developed that a certain chemical in these fillings are harmful to people with thyroid issues. The lady who answered told me she would ask and get back to me. To this day, I have never heard back from them on a very concerning health matter in my life. The complete lack of respect and concern to me and my health has pushed me far enough to write this bad review on them. Seems as though they just want your money. I hope everyone else has a way better experience here than I had.
