  3 strikes and Dr. Beaver is out. The following was over a 2 year period. 1st strike: Had a crown placed on my front lateral incisor that came out the second day---He said that normally he would have to create a new crown since it was porcelain and molded to fit--- but just went ahead and cemented it back in. I had to go back to the endodontist in Mooresville to redo the insert for the crown to be placed on. (This did not fix the problem) 2nd strike: Was told by the front desk that I owed $40 for a deep gum cleaning but after my next visit and procedure completed, was told that I actually owed over $400 and it wiped my insurance money out and now I had to pay over $400 out of pocket. 3rd strike: Had a filling on my back molar done that had such a severe overhang---and caused a bacterial infection which then spread throughout my mouth and especially to the lateral incisor I had work done on before---and that tooth then got severely infected and had to be placed on antibiotics for a few weeks. I tried to tell them that it was because of the filling infection that spread but they then kept trying to turn around and not take responsibility for this but tried their hardest to point the finger at the incisor and something I had done.
